Our place is set in lush tropical gardens with beautiful mountain views to one side, ocean to the other and off the main road providing you with privacy & tranquility.

Location
Ariana is located 150 metres from the ocean and main road, three kilometers from the only town - Avarua.

Accommodation
a.Our Studio Rooms are self-contained units. There are 2 studio units which are adjoining and therefore ideal for a group of 4 persons. Otherwise each unit is suitable for 2 persons as twin or double. The Studio units have recently been upgraded with the installation of new kitchens and tiled flooring.

b.Garden Bungalows are stand alone units and are self contained. These are roomy units for 2 persons as twin /double with a separate bedroom. A third person can be accomodated with a third bed in the open plan lounge/kitchen area at an additional cost. We have recently renovated 3 of our 7 stand alone units which have all been re-fitted with complete new kitchens,bathrooms and tiled flooring through out.

c.Our hostel rooms are currently under renovation and are not available. The Hostel rooms will be separate twin/double lockable bedrooms with shared kitchen and bathroom facilities. When ready these will be available as Singles or twin/double rooms. We will update as soon as renovations are complete.

d.Our Poolside Dormitory is also under renovation and is currently not available. We will update as soon as renovations are complete.

The Dormitory will remain mixed Dorm and will sleep up to 8 people maximum. The dorm will have its own shared kitchen and bathroom facilities.

Dining & Entertainment
Our bungalows and studio units have their own bathroom with shower,handbasin & gas heated hot water with the exception of our studio units, which are heated by solar. The new kitchen facilities are equipped with a double gas hob cooker,toaster,jug and under bench fridge. Cutlery,crockery, pots & pan are provided in all the units. All units have one pedestal floor fan provided. Upon arrival guests are provided with a "Starter Complimentary Pack" consisting of tea,coffee,milk,sugar and guest soap.

Facilities
There is a guest phone available for local calls. Laundry services are available offsite. All the Units are serviced once a week with a complete clean and change of bed linen. As well we service our units daily for rubbish emptying and bathroom servicing. We ask that our guests help to keep our small and precious Island green & clean by participating in our recycling system at Ariana. We plan to have internet access available sometime in the future.

Activities
There is a great swimming pool, barbecue area, recreation room with pool table, TV and a collection of reading material. There is a 24 hour grocery, takeaway and fuel store up the road (5 min walk) Local cafes and restaurants are also available around the Island.
